Even if you have similar construction experience, we may be interested in training you further to expand your knowledge.
Duties Will Include (but are not limited to):
- Ability to safely use power tools including a metal break.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to our job specifications.
- Ability to prep and repair exterior siding or existing window trim features.
- Skilled at using a metal brake to trim windows and doors.
- Reviewing project details with customers in their home.
- Experience working on a ladder or scaffolding.
Skills We Look For:
- Minimum 3 years of window and door installation-related experience.
- Cooperative, easygoing personality when dealing with customers.
- Ready to learn as well as teach others so that we all improve together.
- Having a safety-focused outlook.
- Able to work 9-10 hour days if needed.
- interest in working OT on Saturday mornings.
